“staff was great. I wish they would’ve let me know that the pool was being “serviced” as that's one of the reasons we even booked the hotel.”

“Entire facility is dirty, water damaged and out dated. Hot water issues, dirty pool, minimal breakfast offerings, front desk left unattended aside from a phone number that when called was the phone at the front desk.”

“The entire property seems to be under construction and the rooms are under-cleaned. They did not have the room available that I booked, but offered me another—no problem. But in that room the AC was not working and it had a terrible moldy smell. The third room offered was not great either, but good enough to stay for the night. I will say the staff was considerate and helpful. A bright spot in what was otherwise a dismal stay.”

“Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, Quality Inn pillows are the best! Decent hot breakfast. Well stocked and managed. Very good value for the price. Helpful staff. She got us a room near the lobby so us elders did not have far to walk. (Note this hotel has an unusual layout and some rooms are a llooonnngg way from the front desk, the elevator, breakfast.) The QI brand is our choice for budget hotels, much more consistently clean and well-run than any other budget line we have tried.”

“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only...
