“I came in for a quick overnight trip and this was conveniently located. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and in great condition. The staff that checked me in was super nice and courteous. It's an older building so the walls are thin, thankfully I had quiet people around me. Definitely would stay here again next time I'm in the area.”

“Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

“The evening receptionist April was very friendly and helpful. The Suburban Suites side of the aged and partially renovated building are intended as long stays but because we only need one bed, we were put in Suburban Suites. The other side is EconoLodge and usually short stays. The room was clean but the hard floors had crumbs or something else on them. The room had a slight smell of old to it but it was clean. “The room was great, the hotel was clean. The only issue take your own towels and quilts! We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. We all took a shower upon arriving, we went out when we came back we asked for a couple more towels and all they had were two wash cloths they had nothing else. Asked again in the morning when we got up to take showers-still nothing. Also asked for another quilt we were cold and were told they had none. They really need to invest in more towels, bed quilts and wash...

“They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! “The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room”

Poorly Maintained Room (loose floorboards around AC unit), Bathroom door will not close. No fruits or pastries in the Continental Breakfast... Overall condition is poor. ”

“The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. ”
