“This is my second time staying at the property, I travel here for a show at the convention center that is attached to the hotel. The staff was very helpful, I had a shipment that arrived at the hotel and they alerted me as soon as it got there, they had it at the front desk for me to pick up. The rooms have always been clean and in working order, there is a little store, a breakfast restaurant to pick up something quick in the mornings as well as a restaurant/bar that opens around 4PM or 5PM to...

“Needs a little tlc. But room was clean and safe.”

“I had a reservation through Expedia for 3 nights unfortunately I got sick running a fever had to check out early When I checked out I told the hotel clerk why I had to check out early. I asked for a receipt he told me I’d have to get it from Expedia I asked again and he refused to give any documentation So Apple Valley Inn refused to give me a refund for having to check out early because of my illness That’s cold hearted. Thanks for nothing Apple Valley Inn”

“I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. It is an ok room if you want to save...

“We stayed on the first floor. We had a door at the back of the room that opened to a beautiful view of the river. Lots ducks.”

“Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty.”

“Great stay! Cute cabin, beautiful view!”

“Nice and good clean stay”

“This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party.”

“The area of the property we stayed in was older & outdated, unit did not have adequate lighting or enough utensils/items for cooking or food prep in the unit. Staff was welcoming & accommodating in regard to any issues we had, but also attempted to sell us their time share program, which we had no interest in.”

“It is an amazing place, highly recommend”

“Spacious room with kitchen and balcony. Enjoyed the fire pit too.”

“It was not up to par with Holiday Inn Express. The sink needed an aerator, as the water gushed forth like a hose. The baseboard trim in the room was loose and of poor quality. The light switch in the bathroom would repeatedly not shut off. The ceramic base board trim in the bathroom was loose and falling off. The tub/shower stopper was not in place….I suspect it did not function. The small balcony was not very clean. We noted an insect in the bathroom which scurried into the broken baseboard...
