“Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. ”

“Staff was friendly, room wasn’t exactly as described when we booked it so that was a shock… we were so tired when we got there we just went with it. We didn’t eat the breakfast so we have no comment on that, parking was pretty good, guest were loud into the night so expect that… they will keep you up banging on your door, the walls, and yelling in the pool. Other than that… I guess it was good.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Close to everything. Walmart was just up the road. Depending on what building you’re in you do have to drive across the road to get to the bigger pool and the game room. It is perfect for a family with kids of all ages.”

“They require a separate login portal prior to checkin... Which I filled out completely, I got the confirmation from their page which notified me I would receive a text with the door code at 4pm (which is the earliest checkin). Pictures make the property look nice and spread out with a great view.... Nope 10ft between each tiny cabin and very little view. They had construction going on around the complex so dirt, rocks, and plants were everywhere. I would only recommend for couples without kids...

“Room was clean. Staff was not helpful at all. Tried charging me $100 "locals only cash deposit". It was not posted online or anywhere on the property. This was a problem because I booked it online. So I ended up canceling one of the reservations and lost $40 in the process. I will not stay here again and won't recommended the property to anyone. I expected more from Wydham properties!”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“I loved the property! In the beggining, Ernest at the front desk wasn't willing to accommodate my dad checking in early because we booked through Expedia and not the hotel. My dad needed to go to the room because he is elderly and has knee replacements and couldn't make it all day at Dollywood before check in time. I ended up calling back at shift change and the young gentleman was very accommodating in letting me update my reservation to allow my disabled dad to check in. Plan on staying...
