Hotel I clean and smells clean. Staff is very friendly. Only fault is breakfast as there is not much seating and not much choice. Make your own waffles or cereal or oats. No protein options. Still a good hotel.

Great for the price

Clean, safe place to stay. Nothing extra, but worth the money. Breakfast was nothing to be excited about, but you can't expect a lot for what they charge for rooms. We will stay here again.

I took my family to this property that was absolutely amazing The front desk lady was always pleasant and very informational anytime I needed anything like towels or toilet paper never was there a hesitation The pool was heated and very clean The fireplace that was near the pool was absolutely pleasant to sit near during the evening hours I will consider staying there again

A Great Place To Stay

The Hotel was wonderful and the staff upfront was very nice they helped with anything we needed. It also had a view of the smokies in the background which i loved the most and a gift shop right next door so you can get all your souvenirs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue that was written down for maintenance to check. It seemed as if it would be addressed. There was A LOT of noise on the strip from cars racing, but with the air conditioner on, it was much quieter and the hotel had no control over the obnoxious drivers revving their engines. Breakfast was small (cereal, waffles, etc) but my family ate without complaints. We would stay again.
