An absolutely outstanding 3 night stay. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately there was so many great evening food options around we didn't eat in the hotel but can also recommend it's location. Staff were fantastic too, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel, staff or location. Highly recommended.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again .
