Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. Anicca is such an amazing host. There is a kitchen that can be used in the main lobby with coffee machine, tea, and microwave. Terrace has an amazing view from the city. Online check-in was easy and convenient and hotel keys were on the app for easy access to the facility. I would recommend this hotel. "
