"Towels aren’t automatically swapped, had to ask three times, even after leaving written note for cleaner. Sign on bathroom saying leave towels in bathtub if you want them changed and still didn’t, was definitely not going to use them again after leaving them in bathtub. Room wasn’t hoovered when checked in, had to walk around in slippers. Room service didn’t replace used tea bags, milk or coffee. Bedsheets didn’t feel clean and duvet kept coming out its cover.
