"I had the best hospitality experience during my trip to Japan. From the moment I arrived by taxi, a male staff greeted me very politely, took my luggage, and a female staff also personally carried it to my room while explaining everything in detail kindly. Throughout the entire stay, their kindness, courtesy, and refined manners truly impressed me. After check-out, they kindly kept my luggage, and a male staff member who spoke Korean fluently even asked first if I would like him to call an Uber — which I really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean, completely dust-free, and very spacious. The bathroom was also spotless, with perfect hot water and strong water pressure. This hotel’s level of service was on a completely different class. It was by far the most courteous and outstanding service and facility I experienced during my trip to Japan. I will definitely stay at Hotel Nikko again when I return to Fukuoka."

"일단 위치가 너무 좋아요~ 역 바로 앞이라 좋고 아침 조식이 정말 맛있었어요 ㅎㅎ 단점이라면 방에 처음 들어가면 하수구 냄새가 좀 나요.. 더러운것도 아니고 깨끗한상태였는데도 이상하게 냄새는 계속 나더라구요.. 그게 조금 아쉽.. 그리고 어메니티가 칫솔 바디타올정도고 면도기나 다른것들은 없더라구요.. 수건도 인당 큰 바디타올1개 작은수건 1개만 지급됩니다. 돈을 내서라도 추가 수건을 받고 싶었는데 안된다고 하더라구요 ㅠㅠ 수건 아껴쓰세요.."
