The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was bigger than I expected for Japan, of course much smaller than American hotel rooms - but sufficient for my business purposes. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked nicely (Fukuoka was incredibly hot and humid, even in September, in 2024). I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

This property is closed by the underground shopping area of Tenjin and within walking distance to the Tenjin subway station. There are also Yatai stalls at night around the area if you would like to try one. The property itself is nice and room size is also decent for Japan. Overall I will recommend this property.
