The location of the accommodation is a good 7-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station. I was embarrassed because they told me to pay taxes as soon as I went. I stayed for about a week, but the room cleaning option is 3000 ¥. The bedding was white and clean, but it smelled. It's not very soundproof. It's very noisy even at dawn. I recommend it if the location of the accommodation is important.

Great location, needs better cleaning/maintenance.

Pros: great location. In a great area and right off the Main Street so you avoid the main traffic without being too far off from it. Spacious and allowed our family of 5 to decompress and spread out after a long day of activities. For location space and value it is great. Cons: generally needs some deep cleaning and maintenance. Bathroom vent and ceiling fan covered it major dust. Shower had black mold on ceiling. Bathroom countertop is made of wood and unsealed so it was rotting and looked dirty. Sofa is worn out and not comfortable to sit on and there was only space for 2-3 to sit so with 5 of us someone would have to sit on the floor or on the beds which we prefer not to when out all day and dirty but not yet showered. has a kitchenette but had no pots or pans to cook or do anything with. A few of the things in the kitchenette were dirty and unwashed (knife, cutting board).

Spacious room but could be better

I could hear voices and tv of 501all day long (I was saying at 502). They are probably not even guests staying there but their staff members. There were molds in the shower room.

It took an hour to actually find the room after needing help from locals, it took about 45 mins to find. The room did not seem as though it was cleaned after last guest, unfortunately there was blood leaking down the toilet and the trashes were full. Other than those two things, the hotel was nice just not as clean as it could’ve been. Would still recommend to friends.

房間清潔不足，廁所替換的紙巾明顯見到有手指模，木造洗手台面爛。浴室去水不及時，沖涼時水從去水口倒灌回來。 房間只有一個洗手間，但是外面走廊也有洗手間可以使用，方便多人入住的客人。 酒店位置是方便的，行過一條街便是大量藥妝店，可以購物。

入り口がわかりにくかった。 入室したら、Gとご対面。ドライヤーは謎のネチョネチョで持ち手が折れやすく、シーリングファンや壁の一部、ブラインドカーテンにはホコリが積もっていた。 荷物を置く場所はほぼなく、床は1面コンクリートで、衛生的に気になったのでレジャーシートを購入し、その上に荷物を置いた。 共同のトイレはとても綺麗だった。洗面所も2つあり、使いやすかった。

텐진에서 쇼핑위주로 한다면 이곳에서!

짐을 미리 현관에 맡길수있음(와이어와 자물쇠 제공) 숙소는 매우 깨끗하며, 트윈룸 기준으로 샤워실은 객실 내부, 화장실과 주방은 공용에 있었음. 메인등에 불이 안들어와서 조금 불편했음, 방음은 잘안되는편이지만 숙박객에 따라 정도가 다를것같음. 숙소위치는 텐진역과 다이묘거리와 매우 가까워서 쇼핑, 식당과 매우 가까워서 베스트였음.

隣の部屋の音が聞こえます

隣の部屋の音が聞こえて、午前2，3時までテレビの音が聞こえてあまり眠れませんでした。初日は静かでしたが、受験の中日だったのでややつらかったです。アメリカ式でほぼ全部土足になります。
