Simple capsule style accommodations. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Location is excellent. Just a short walk from Hakata station and an even shorter one to the local convenience stores and restaurants.
What I really appreciated was the hospitality shown by the staff. Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble.
The staff assisted me when I lost my room key. The lockers are nice and a safe place to keep your stuff. It’s a classic capsule hotel experience and good for a place to crash and just sleep but I wouldn’t recommend going for extended stays
I stayed here simply to get the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. After having done it, it’s not to my preference but if I was in a pinch, or was traveling on a tighter budget, I’d 100% stay here again. Super convenient location, nice area to relax in and plenty of space for washing up. It’s a little odd to me not having onsite staff you can talk to, but it was still super convenient.
My only issues were the noise at night (I’m sure we’re all shocked) and the cleanliness of the showers specifically, they could use a renovation. Otherwise it was quite nice.
A decent capsule hotel, the pods were clean. The shower room has a sizeable leak that was only being covered by a towel, but I would hope that’s a temporary solution.
