The hotel is not too far from Hakata station which is a main point of transportation. Great bars and Yatai are walkable distance.

This hotel is just like a LCC in the hotel industry. It renders proper services in accordance with guest's needs with low costs saving manpower and spaces. Hotel staffs are so kind and friendly. I will stay here in the next time.

Smoking room not ideal.

Only had a smoking room which wasn’t ideal. Also was charged Y1000 for checking out at 11am. Seems checkout is 10am here. Good location though and immediately next to a Family Mart.

天神近くにあるため利便性は良いものの､国道沿いの為、少しうるさいです。夜遅くにチェックインしたら、受付の女性が無愛想で笑顔ひとつありませんでした。お部屋に、お茶のティーパックやドリップコーヒーなどのサービスがあるともっと嬉しかったです。電話対応してくれた方や､チェックアウトの際の対応は良かったです。

福岡天神界隈で遊ぶための拠点としてコストは抑えたいという方にはオススメです。大通りから少し入った所にあるので静かで、水回りも綺麗で快適でした。

泊まった部屋からは電車が部屋に向かってくる様に見えるくらい線路のそばの建物でした。電車好きな人にとってはたまらない景色だと思います。

チェックインの時間前に到着してしまいましたが、部屋の準備が出来てるとの事で、すぐに部屋に案内してもらえました。駐車場の場所をホテル近くで電話で尋ねたら、女性のスタッフの方が地図を持って玄関口で待っててくれて詳しく説明していただきました。

フロントに職員がいるのに目の前で自分で端末に住所などを漢字変換しながら入力したり、パスポートの写しを取ったりする作業は面倒だった。コロナでそうなったのか、それとも近い将来人員を削減するための布石か？あと、朝食が冷めたお弁当がドアにかけてあるだけというのも残念だった。予約時に記載を見落としていたかもしれないが初めての経験で驚いた。職員さんは笑顔の人もそうでない人もいた。外国籍のかたもフロントにいるのは良いなと思った。
