Rooms were an average size for hotel rooms in Japan. Very functions space and easy to move around in. Rooms were clean and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was simple. Hotel was easy to walk to from Hakata Station.

３泊４日お世話になりました。 室内の袋に入った白いスリッパ１日ずつ変えてほしい。フロントに確認したら３日同じの履いてくださいと言われました。改善してください。

只能靠前台提供熱飲用水，房間內不能煲水，比較不便，但前台是常備熱水供取的。價格不錯，近祇園站，步行至博多站也不遠。

中心街に近く、地下鉄の駅から徒歩3分以内でした。が、すぐ隣に大きな寺社があって静かな環境で、しかも、安い値段で宿泊できて満足でした。キャナルシティ博多まで、徒歩でも10分か、15分。川端まで１５～２０分。アクロス福岡まで徒歩30分以内で、道中、あちこちショッピングできました。中州に泊まると、夜中までうるさいのですが、ここは、非常に静かで部屋も広くて、また、福岡に仕事で宿泊するときは、ここを利用します。あと、近くにある小料理屋は美味しかったです。すぐ前にファミマもあります。

Dirty carpet, poor ventilation, no kettle, 1 lift

Carpet is very dirty. Poor ventilation - we had to open the window for fresh air even in mid-November. No kettle in room - we need to request for hot water in thermos flask from the reception. Only one lift - we need to wait for long time. There is a convenience store opposite the road.

男性向き？

部屋に、簡易の電気ポットがありませんでした。 ホテルに泊まって初めてでした。 後、全身映る鏡もなく困りました。 それと、壁が薄いのかどこの部屋のドアの閉める音がうるさく、隣の部屋で何かされててうるさくて眠れませんでした。 ベッドの下にゴミが落ちてました。 expediaを利用したからなのかもしれませんが、そんなに安くもなくこんなサービスでしたので、泊まりたくないと思いました。

広いが古い

清掃はきちんとされてますが、建物の古さは否めません。部屋の広さは普通のビジネスホテルより広いので開放感はあります。博多駅から近く利便性は高いので、博多駅を拠点に行動されてホテルでは寝るだけという利用には問題ないかと思います。すぐ近くにコンビニがあるので不便ということはありません。

訂房時明明訂不吸菸房， 但在check in 時候， 櫃台人員卻要給我們吸菸房 然後說可以幫我們消臭， 還好我們堅持不要， 給了我們不吸菸房 搭電梯時 在吸菸房的樓層 電梯開門的那一霎那間， 發現還好我堅持 那一層樓 瀰漫著可怕的味道， 所以不抽菸的人 千萬要注意 太晚check in 不能保證你訂的不吸菸房 可以是不吸菸房

いたって普通。料金も最近の博多の相場感からするとリーズナブルだとは思うが、それ故プラスアルファは望めないのも理解できる。 部屋のスペースを広くとるためかバスルームが狭く、洗面台とトイレが接近しすぎて使いにくい。 逆にそこに目をつぶれば部屋はゆったりしている。 小さなエレベーターが1機しか無いので上層階からの移動に時間がかかる。しかし、構造の問題なのでやむを得ない。 博多、祇園の中間くらいで立地は良い。良くも悪くもお値段なり。

昭和っぽいレトロホテル

設備は古いけれど部屋は広め。ユニットバスも古め。段差があります。 ベッドは硬め、お部屋のテレビは小さいです。 BSもみれない。でも広さとコスパは良いと思います。 祇園の駅も割と近いし博多駅にも歩いていけます。 鍵はでっかいので持ち歩けません。 総合的にみてまあまあ、といったところです。隣にコムサのかっこいいブティックがあります。

若干古めのホテルのようで、ホテルの部屋はカードキーではなく通常の鍵を利用する事になります。お出かけの際はフロントに鍵を預けるのは少し難儀な気がします。部屋は比較的清潔でお風呂も清潔ですし、トイレもウォシュレット付き、wifiも利用出来ます。少し気になったのは若干音漏れがするかなと思います。廊下を団体さんが通る時なんかは結構音が聞こえるような気がします。立地としては祇園に近く博多駅にも歩いていける距離ですので、お仕事などで宿泊するのであれば問題無いと思います。

２回目の宿泊でしたが、博多駅からも近く。天神に行くのも地下鉄も分かりやすく利便性が良かった。何よりも宿泊代が安く助かった。 朝食も和食、洋食と好きな方が選べて美味しかった。 博多に行った時は、是非ともまた利用したい。
