โThe customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again. โ

The castle is generally a little rundown (but nothing that ruins the grandeur of this once stately home)
Both our rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean!

โSuper vรฆrdi for pengene! Hotellet ligger perfekt meget centralt i Odense. Vores vรฆrelse med tre enkeltsenge var overraskende stort. Indtjekning foregik nemt pรฅ sรธsterhotellet. Det eneste man skal vรฆre opmรฆrksom pรฅ er at man meget tydeligt kan hรธre folk gรฅ forbi ude pรฅ gaden. Dette generede dog ikke os. Anbefaler dette hotel til alle som vil bo centralt og billigt i Odense. โ
