The hotel was extremely hot and so was our room. The thermostat could not keep up. The elevator literally was beyond slow - the hotel attendant at the front desk had to get up and literally send it to us. They did not clarify that the breakfast in the morning had a charge of $19.99 per person. We also were charged $50 to check in early - it was 100 degrees that day, so we chose to suck it up. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known all these things.
