Thank you Trevor (Head Butler)! Your helpful suggestions made my boyfriend’s milestone an absolute success. Kiran, Chef Yoshi, and the pastry chef, thank you for being able to accommodate the special request birthday cake. My boyfriend loved the cake.
Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
Though not being able to adjust the temperature in the corner suite was different. Had to ask the butler to adjust but can only be 5C difference of what they set. There was a pedestal fan in the room, that did help.
