The place are not friendly, people are not happy there ( my guess that they don’t get paid well to be friendly and happy ). The place are not clean, there is hair all over the bathroom. Beds are good and comfortable, food are ok. This hotel needs upgrade and the personal needs to be more friendly with the customers. Will not go there again :(

Its a very quiet place if you are searching for relaxation, the area around it not that nice, i don’t recommend using the street taxi because they will charge you 3x. I like the hotel as an experience and i think you don’t need to leave it at all.

Very nice but breakfast could have been better

Room was quite big and comfortable. Pool and Spa were nice. Breakfast was ok but could have been better, lots of things had ran out and were not replaced. Overall, nice hotel and nice staff.

The TV remote control was not working and was not replaced even after my request, the lid on the toilet seat was not secured,which caused it moving every time it was used.The light in the bathroom is very poor. The tea kettle is placed on the fridge, so in order the to use it you need either to move the fridge or look for another outlet. There were ants in the room too. Very very disappointed. 5Stars? Really?

The room was clean when we arrived, but the furniture was clearly not well maintained. The couch had cigarette burns, and the table was so wobbly that it was difficult to use. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. When we ordered coffee, the staff didn’t seem attentive, and the breakfast selection was very limited, particularly for Western guests. Overall, the property appears to need better maintenance and upkeep. One of the biggest disappointments for our family was the pool. The photos advertised beautiful waterfall features, but they were not operating during our stay, which was especially disappointing for our kids.
