"Very nice hotel, good transportation options to and from Vienna . The only downside was TV programming where on Sunday they were showing this horrible soccer match between Spain and Argentina. I wish the hotel turned off all electricity for the duration of the game. So in summary the hotel was great but the game was auwful 😀"

"My stay was amazing! Everything went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly kind and generous throughout our visit. We stayed during the summer when it was extremely hot, so we really appreciated the reception staff offering to refill our ice bucket whenever we brought it down. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. We didn't avail of the breakfast since there were plenty of great places to eat nearby. "The staff at this hotel were the best we have ever encountered! Helpful, friendly and always smiling and it was a prayer dealing with them. The food was mediocre. We didn't have breakfast but had a curry there one night. It was hot and cold in places so obviously just microwaved. The salad was good but the dressing was terrible. It's close to everything.... subway, shops, restaurants ... all within a 5 minute walk. The fan in the bathroom definitely needs cleaning!"
