Rooms are very clean but a little small. The bathroom area is very small and feels crowded with just 1 person. The area is safe and less than 5 minutes walk to Airport Junction Mall.

The room was dirty and had a foul stench. There was a dead rat in the air condition unit. I checked out the same hour that I checked in, but I was told that I cannot get a refund.

I would not be able to recommend this property. It is in a good location near the airport and major shopping areas. But the rooms were small and in much need of renovation. The staff did not seem to be very interested in welcoming guests. No smiles or friendly atmosphere. The property has great potential with some refurbishment and customer training.

For the price, it's good. The room smelt like mould or there was previous water damage. The back door was left open allowing a lot of mosquitoes to enter the building. The staff lacked tact. Other than that, the facility is modern. It's worth the price and worth another stay in the future.

It's a modern hotel. It reminds me of the ones in Europe: modern and small. It's great for a solo or couple travellers for one night. Otherwise, the room is not big enough. I would stay here again but get a bigger room.

location is perfect, hotel is dirty, dirty walls, dirty carperts, overpowering smell.menus dont have what is listed on them.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Nice and quiet rooms when facing the parking lot. Didn't use restaurant, can't judge. Close (short walk) to Airport Junction Shopping Center with lots nice eateries for business meetings.

Value for money, albeit a bit tired.
Great location, and appreciate the free airport shuttle. Linen was white and superclean for a 3 star establishment. Beds were firm wife OK and there was a good effort in environmental awareness. However, management need to look at the tired carpets (which also had visible dirt marks and torn at the edges). a number of rooms also had cracked mirrors that had not been replaced. Did not use the dining facilities so I can not comment about the food.

We had to be moved to 2 rooms cause the intial room had issues like aircon not working , wardrobe door couldnt open etc. The next room they took us was equally the same and eventually the last room was ok. In that room we only had 1 bath towel and more than half used toilet roll. In the morning they told us we couldn't have breakfast despite using the Hotels.com we have been using to book for the past 2 visits. They told us it doesnt include breakfast for the same amount we have been paying in the past. So we had to leave without having breakfast had to board a flight on an empty stomach.

The check in time is 2pm, when I checked in at 4pm, the staff are cleaning the room still, there was supposed to be a bottle of water, it was not there, asked the staff many time, they didn't even bother to give me a bottle of water. However the reception staff are very friendly and supportive

You get what you pay for
For the price, this hotel is fine. The beds are good. The breakfast is ok (but expensive for what you get). However, I stayed for 9 nights, and there were many issues. 1) Black mold in the shower; 2) a flashing light that I complained about 3 times and it never got fixed; 3) half the time I had to run the shower for 15-20 minutes to get hot water; 4) 3 of the days I had to ask for towels because they weren't replaced by the cleaning crew; 4) the cleaning crew insisted upon opening the window and letting in VERY hot air, flies, and mosquitoes; 5) EVERY day I had to get my room key reactivated.

Couldn’t find my booking, booking through hotels.com was with breakfast included, this did not appear on their system. Had to pay. Wifi was very unreliable

Pathetic service from a 4 star hotel. Never again
On arrival .There was one bath towel for two guests.After numerous calls My wife was forced to walk to reception to get more towels.Bathroom amenities were a bare minimum.There was no hand soap. My wife called and enquired for milk they vehemently said that you only get creamer.Creamer is for Coffee not Tea.After many words we got some fresh milk.The ladies at reception are rude and have no telephone etiquette.Wifi is very poor signal drops consistently.Unable to understand how this establishment is rated four stars.I have vowed not to stay at Aquarian tide ever again.

Not a pleasant stay
Carpets and chairs needs a VERY good wash. Dirt marks on the walls needs cleaning. Bigger fridge with freezer compartment needed. At least 2 x still water to be provided and not just one per day. Cook steak as asked and dont deliver undercooked. Ask guests to have compassion to others that drove many a mile and need to rest as they are LOUD!!
