"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality."

"Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. The garden full of lemon and orange trees. Pool was lovely too, Rosario who looked after everything at the pool was a delight, nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately the rest of the staff weren't particularly friendly which was a shame, especially at breakfast. Overall though we had a great time at this lovely hotel."

We would recommend The Summit to any friends looking for a beach stay without the chaos of the public beach. We went with our two older kids and they also had a fantastic time on the beach."

We loved the flexible beach shuttle service; our driver even went out of his way to show us the route to our next day's tour port. "Casa Gioconda - Gaeta Stayed 3 nights, May 27-30 2026 I have to say not knowing what to expect in Gaeta, we could not have been more pleased with the area and our accommodation. After our arriving from Rome and settling in at Casa Gioconda B&B the first night, the next morning we were greeted by our host Letizia preparing a wonderful variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed our room, slept well and had all the needed amenities close at hand. With so much to see this is a great location to explore this amazing area. Thanks, Letizia, for your help when asked and your great communicating skills."
