“When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. He then told us the restaurant on site is closed and so was the pool. It was early evening when we arrived. We asked if there is anywhere to get food and he said he would tell us where but then picked up a phone...

“Kaikki alkaa olla jo erittäin kulunutta. Olko-oven kahva tippui irti, wc-huuhtelu painikke tippui irti seinästä, parvekkeelta puuttui kalusteet, ruokakalusteet(tuolit) hirveässä kunnossa. Vaikka puitteista ilmoitettiin, asialle ei tehty mitään. Huone oli puhdas ja liinavaatteet puhtaat vaikka yleisilme kulunut. Kolmeksi yöksi varattiin perhelomalle tämä huone. Sijainti oli yllättävän kaukana vanhankaupungin melskeestä. Kulkuyhteydet vaativat jalkapatikkaa. Sijainti tosin hyvin rauhallinen ja...

“The food was exceptional. We ate dinner all three days in hotel, and each meal was delicious. The staff was friendly and so nice; they went out of their way to help us as needed. I hope to come back and stay again.”

“The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...
