Check in was easy and we were greeted by Sierra who gave us Hotel info including breakfast and coffee. Lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was lovely.

Hallway and room floors had not been vacuumed recently, nor for the entire day we were there. Trash and crumbly stuff was evident. Mold in shower stall in our room should have been easy to remedy but hadn't been taken care of prior to our arrival. Our king bed did not have any type of blanket or ...
