“Clean and cozy place, self check in with good communication with the host so this is not a problem even though we did not meet the host, the room are over our expectations, no matter you are spend holiday or walking the Via Francigena like us, this is an ideal place to stay.”

The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, a charcuterie spread and pastries. Will fresh squeeze orange juice on request and will make eggs upon request. Coffee was excellent ”

“Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”
