"They refused entry on arrival despite having a booking reference. They asked me which room I was staying in - I said I didn’t know as I was trying to check in. Security told me to go. I left and am pursing a complaint "

"The Radisson Blu Sobieski is a lovely hotel! A great location with a broad range of dining options nearby & walking distance from the main railway station. If you choose there is a tramstop nearby too. Rooms are well appointed & there is good on site dining. Reception staff are friendly & helpful."
