“The parking was a real problem, explanation at the time of booking was minimal at best. I couldn’t even get to the valet because of some concert event. I packed in the lot next door to the hotel which said $10.00 overnight and turned out to be $50 for 5 hours, then had to retrieve my car out by midnight and valet it it with the hotel to get charged another $57. I will never stay there again it was a horrible experience Tom”

“The executive suite had a wonderful view. The style of the room was special. Lots of polished stainless steel in the walls, trim, fixtures, and any finishings. There were automatic window blinds, lots of artwork, and comfortable furniture. The lounge access was nice. The staff were very eager to give you their full attention, even if it meant talking and keeping you company while you wait for your ride to show up. The convenience in its location is stellar too. “Room is ok, old and needed some upgrade. The tub has stains and lights were very dim. The conditioner and body wash are empty. The hotel room door is difficult to open, we had to push and pull it hard to open. Pool is very hazy and dirty, also they don’t have any shower in the pool area. We also had a hard time going in and out of their parking garage. It doesn’t open automatically even if you register your car with the front desk. You have to call them so they can open it for you.
