Good communication about adding an additional person at the last minute, great atmosphere, super clean unit and a very quiet neighborhood. Only downside is parking, besides that we had a great time and will be booking with this company again.

The property was nice clean the parking was confusing i just parked in the street when I arrived we noticed there wasn't running water for the toilet so all my stay i had to pour water down into it text them the problem and all i got was that they would make a work order i ask if they would come to fix it and got no answer back

I didn’t even enter the unit before the smell of mildew was VERY STRONG and Upon entry it was worse horrific and unbearable. The bedding was stained. One of the doors was not on its hinges and fell right on me and another supposed to be occupant leaving a bruise on her leg. There was bedbug spray on the counter.The couch was in horrible condition had stains all over it and a whole in the back with a piece of the wood hanging out. The armrest on the couch was dented.The front door appeared to have had forced entry at some time as it was dented and could use a paint job. All in all it was horrible!!!!!!!!!! And that’s an understatement. I came in and left out immediately after taking pictures and a video of the atrocious mess.
