We had the worst experience ever with this hotel. We booked it through hotels.com.
First, the road to get to the hotel was closed, about 30 min before arriving. We took the deviation road but ended to the same point after 20min.
We tried to look on our GPS but we didn't have a good 3G. So then I called the hotel but the line wasn't working. Tried to find another number on their website. Nothing.So then I sent an email and we waited a little bit to get a reply. Never arrived.
Then we started to drive through another way, without knowing whether the hotel was open, or existente.
In the meantime, I called hotels.com to get further information. They tried to call the hotel, didn't work either. They tried on another line, didn't work. I then asked hotels.com what would happen with my 85eur and was pretty surprised to heard back that "hotels.com is just an agent, we don't deal with that"
Wooow, really?
We eventually arrived at the hotel after 2h struggling with Google Maps.
We explained our situation and told the receptionist that we called and sent an email and her reply was simply : 'what is wrong you are here now, right?'
She just said the phone wasn't working and she never received my email..... I checked and it went through even though we had a bad connection.
She didn't even offer a discount or free breakfast, which would have helped us having a better experience.
Well, we will never go back again in this hotel and I definitely don't recommend it.
