"Very clean and upscale hotel located blocks from beautiful English Bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean with full kitchen. Furnishings are tasteful. Nice shower. Only real complaint was the squeaky bed frame."

"This hotel was beautiful and ideally situated for walking everywhere. The staff was friendly and everything was thoughtfully considered (the weekend we were there they had treats each afternoon like an ice cream cart or chips and salsa). Rooms are spacious and comfortable."

"Comfortable apartment, especially the bed. Unfortunately, WiFi internet was very slow, making it hard to stream anything. I asked the kid at the front desk about it. He agreed and said it was pretty bad throughout their buildings. The tv on the wall was just for decoration."

"This was a conveniently located hotel for exploring North/west Van. The room was a good size with useful amenities. Appreciated having the kitchen. The room had a strong smell from the detergents used which I’m very sensitive to, would definitely preferred. It to have that. There’s a nice courtyard to enjoy breakfast in, it could be a bit better maintained but overall pretty nice"
