"The campsite was lovely and welcoming. We stayed in a chalet as a family of 4 with 2 mid-teenagers. We had a perfect view of the lake. The pool was spotless. Shame you had to pay for sun loungers, we never stayed long enough to justify paying so just sat on the tiles in the shade, as did everyone else! Yes you had to wear swim caps but we just did it without complaining, no big deal. It would be useful if they shared this information beforehand on their website or in documentation so people can be prepared. Great little shop and bar/restaurant onsite. More variety needed with the animation team, we saw the same piano man every night for a week. This could be improved. Plenty of options for water activities near the site, including an adapted paddle board / bike, which was fun but hard work! Overall we had a lovely stay, and it was a great base for exploring the area - Venice, Verona, Milan and local Caneva water park. We would definitely return and thank you for the warm welcome!"

"Convenient and clean place to stay. Issue with the air conditioning unit, and no staff available onsite, which made us suffer through the night without sleeping. Offered one of the best breakfast we had in our trip."

"It was a great experience however there should be more information about buses wait times. Also breakfast was not included on the price and you are paying a lot. There is not much entertainment for the kids around the hotel. But the hotel and location is perfect in general. The park was amazing we loved."

"I loved this site. Been to most in pescherira and this is one of my favourites. Caravan was clean. Good shower. Air con could have been more powerful but it was extreme temps. Loved the location. Restaurant was nice and fair price. Pool was lovely liked that it shut for an hour for lunchtime.supermarkert pleasant 15 mins walk. Great animation team"

"The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was very well done and replenished frequently so that it always remained fresh. We did not book a room with a balcony, but we did have a lovely view of the lake. If I were to book again I would probably book a balcony option. We never had a problem getting sun beds by the pool or on the sun terrace and although the hotel is adjacent to the road, traffic is not very noticeable. The local beach was very busy when we visited (August holidays) so we used the pool at the hotel more than swimming in the lake. The hotel is well positioned for local shops, restaurants, ferries and Garda Land. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or rebook if I was to visit the area again."

"What an lively little hotel. Beautiful view over the canal and lake, lovely roof terrace and cold jacuzzi which was needed in 36degree heat. Room clean and modern. Breakfast was nice. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Reception staff were excellent and were extremely helpful when taxis needed ordering. Very clean and Rituals toiletries a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the pool looked good although we didn’t use it. The hotel is fairly close to Gardaland although feels a long walk in the heat. Otherwise, it is a fair distance away from the train station, public transport is poor, and taxis are expensive. Don’t use Uber-quoted 40 euros plus for a 10-12 minute journey. My lower rating than I would usually give is for the absence of a kettle in the room. There was not one available from reception either so you had to go to the bar for hot water. Inconvenient for anyone but if I had a young baby and needed hot water for sterilisation or a bottle, then really not ideal. On a related note, rooms which are numbered in the 4000s are quite a walk from the reception area, so when booking, worth requesting a room close to reception if walking is difficult for you."
