“Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. “We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! ”
