Spectacular views and great service

We enjoyed our stay at Bar T Nique. We were very lucky to receive a free room upgrade on arrival and the views of the bay are incredible. Note that the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill! Highly recommend the St Blaize hiking trail!

The breakfast was the best I've had in 2 weeks in South Africa. They made a three egg omelet to my specifications and had fresh fruit, excellent toast, yogurt, and coffee. My room had a view of the bay and I could partially see the harbor below. The property itself is in an upscale neighborhood, on top of the tallest hill above the harbor. My room had a balcony where I could sit out at night and see the city lights. The room was good size and had a load bathroom and was nice and clean. The owner obviously has a attention to details.

We were upgraded to a Penthouse Suite on arrival, staff were really friendly, view was amazing from our room, Breakfast was first class, you need a 40 rand taxi fare down to the front but more than worth it for the view

Great stay in Mossel Bay. The Manager/owner was very accommodating and I could tell she cared about the property. Very safe and breakfast was incredible each morning overlooking the town and bay. My room was spacious and very clean with a large balcony where I spent most of my time if I was at the hotel. It is up a significant hill so if you do not have your own transportation and don’t line a pretty good walk with incline you will need a short taxi from down in the turn. I didn’t mind it at all as it was a reward fur the spectacular view and quietness. I recommend Bar T Nique

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay and receptionist/host was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful . Thought the place was lovely and we got upgraded so a nice surprise . Didn’t get to use the pool as not there long but looked lovely . Breakfast was excellent made to order and a very fresh fruit salad was very tasty too. Would recommend and definitely stay there again

Upon arrival at the hotel we received very nice welcome from Charlotte who was more than helpful and friendly. Charlotte is excellent at her job. Hotel was bought this gorgeous views and incredibly well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury ,gorgeous views and a great staff.

Nobody there at check in and there was no way to contact them that we were arriving late due to traffic. Luckily security was still there to open the door. Breakfast was very limited. Room has a very pretty view.

The facility was terrific, as were the staff. We had a small challenge with our room and the property management personnel at the front desk went above and beyond to provide a solution that was beyond acceptable - kudos to the team! Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful.
