terrible nightmare
The main issue is deal to the malfunction of the air conditioning system in such room which cause a terrible experience during our stay.
Provided the following points to be considered:
1st of all, temperature was 36 degrees on 14th July, and during our stay such room´s temperature raised to 29 degrees from 00:00-7:00 during whole night.
2nd point, there is no emergency contact form overnight.
3rd point, no enough water was served in the room and no automatic machine for water purchasing,
4th point, the building was situated in a very noisy main road.
5th point, extremely wet and pipes disgusted smells from the bathroom.
From the upon considerations, the terrible night hereby please use a little bit of imaginations to be in site of a toilet smells sauna, all the sweat lost caused by the high temperature in room, there is nowhere to purchase water or providing enough water. It had become a real life nightmare which caused me & my friends with our eyes opened, thirsty during whole night.
We had tried to change air conditional modes, we had tried to contact the concierge, we had tried to open the window to find ventilation but lorries and motors passing through next to the window make too much noise, which there is no way to sleep none of three of us whol
