“The staff were very accomodating. We were given an upgrade to larger room when our initial room was too small for our family. Was very impressed with their service, location was great and compliments to Biagio in the restaurant. We arrived to breakfast just as they were finishing up, but they were so accomodating and welcomed us all the same. Going the extra mile. Very happy with the service, will definitely be back again. “Beautiful room. New interior to a very historic building. Not a complaint, but the listing did not make you aware that the building is inaccessible by car, even for dropping off luggage. Closest drop off point is 3 blocks away, downhill. Street parking is available with 5 blocks and garage parking is further away. While this place is wonderful, it is not a place for people with limited mobility.”
