โOverall, a pleasant stay with a great beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The shower in our room was excellent, modern and refreshing after long beach days. However, the room door was very close to the neighboring one, and we could clearly hear people passing by or entering their rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Aside from that, the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.โ
โI enjoyed my stay so much I have gifted another stay to a good friend! It is quiet, comfortable and very clean. I was extremely impressed by how well everything works via keypad air conditioning, shades, lighting, etc. Great shower with hand-held. Coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and especially washing machine all work great! Taxi or Uber come within minutes. Great food and friendly people at Tibu-Ron beach bar right across the boardwalk. Great people watching. I will ALWAYS stay at Apartamentos...
"When I arrived at the hotel, DALIA at the reception said that my reservation was cancelled and there were no rooms available. Even though I showed her that it was not cancelled on the app, she kept repeating that there were no rooms available.
When I finally got into the room, there were unknown bugs biting me on the bed, and the shower water suddenly got so hot that I got burned. There's no need to pay a lot of money for this old and unfriendly hotel.
When I complained about this, she got angry. She spoke very fast on purpose so that I couldn't understand her, and when I asked her again, she looked down on me.
