"Very disappointed as we requested a room with limited steps. Their rooms on the main floor were not available due to a heat issue. We were given an apartment room that had three steps up plus another 7 steps. Our original booking included breakfast but the apartment did not.

"All perfect apart from booking our meal in the evening in the restuarant .I booked the meal the guy in the bar wrote it down but on arrival in the evening the staff had no record of our booking .Eventually we did get a table but i noticed others were turned away for the same reason .What i will say is the restuarant staff were excellent and pulled out all the stops for us .I always tuse the Palace Hotel but this did not go down well .Of course the meal was excellent ."
