“I stayed two nights for business. The room is small but bed size was OK. very close location to go airport. But staffs were very bad manner(they just knocked my room and asked me to pay room charge) even I paid on line already!! No hot tub and smelly bathroom. very unpleasant to staying there. ”

“IT WAS NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES AT HPTEL BUT THEY CHARGED US.”

“Bed sheets were not washed and teared clothes. We informed them, they said no staff to change”

“What we liked was how close it was to the airport. What I did not like was going up to checkin was via metal stairs that ran outside of the building. Hygienic food not found nearby. It was an cheap place to stay for a couple of days.”

“The only down side is there is no food or room service and the restaurants are not around. Have to use the food delivery services.”

“It is ok compare with cost. Just no separation between toilet and shower, so wash room floor will be wet. But immediately dry.”
