"We enjoyed our overall stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pools were fun and kept us entertained so much we decided to extend our stay. However, the rooms need a major upgrade. The fridges in both rooms barely cooled, at one point the door fell off.. the bathtub shower head/pipes literally screamed/screeched every time the shower was turned on so we ended up just letting water run in tub and showering that way. Both toilets experienced plumbing issues and the tv in our first room we had to call maintenance to fix it because it wouldn’t turn on through the remote and it kept needing to be programmed… on plus side , we enjoyed the daily pool party, we think music And beach toys should be readily available, not only for specific occasions . The pool party livened up the atmosphere but we were sad when they collected the beach balls and took the music away.
We will definitely be back again, but think it’s helpful for the programs to be reevaluated in addition to the basic room upgrades"
