“Location and pool”

“Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag Very wobbly stairs to first floor Pool area was nice Scruffy urbanisation We couldn’t risk staying for one night Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far”

“The most beautiful accommodation in a great location. Welcome bits and bobs helped us loads. Couldn’t recommend enough.”

Vraiment chouette !”

“Apartment view was a building site in front of our window and a restaurant below, Nothing like the photos. The Bathroom door didn’t slide over, the sink wouldn’t drain, the shower was very dirty and the door didn’t close.washing machine so close to shower cubicle you can hardly get in shower. walls had horrible marks on them in bathroom and bedroom. The noise level is very bad you can even hear neighbours talk above and next to you.Sofa was dirty and smelt bad and was broken.Awful apartment...

“Very central, large apartment. The views from apartment are not good. Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work. Towels were old and discoloured.”
