The location is fantastic for access to the old town though finding the entrance is not so simple as the door is in the courtyard to the rear more or less opposite Gvara restaurant...which is good for breakfast. The apartment is comfortable though access is up 5 flights of steps so be prepared!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING!! This place is not at all as it seems in the listing. Its on the sixth floor with no elevator. Communicating with the rental company is like pulling teeth, they will not respond in a timely matter and you have to pay a city tax before they send you check in instructions and you have to do all that before 7pm and if you don't well good luck because if you call the emergency phone number after hours no one will pick up. Also this place has a rat issue (there are notices in the apartment building letting people know) because the restaurant next door leaves the main door to the building open so anyone ot anything can just come in. Also the place was not clean at all when we were finally able to get in. There was crumbs and dust everywhere. They gave us stained sheets and towels. And the bathroom does not have a shower. Its just a tub with a shower head attachment, attached to the spout where water come out. There is also all sorts of water damage and mold in the bathroom because there is no proper way to wash yourself. Oh and also the water temperature is super inconsistent, one minute you'll have perfect temperature water the next its piping hot or freezing cold. This place is joke so do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here and stay somewhere else.

Vi ankom til en lejlighed der var mindre og meget dårligere indrettet end på billederne. På billederne så det ud som om der var en hems der kunne anvendes til overnatning men det var ikke tilfældet. Der var to sovesofaer og en seng. Det er ikke optimalt når man er 6 personer. Badet var lille og man gjorde nærmest hele badeværelset vådt når man tog et bad. Der var revner i gulvet flere steder. Og lige foran badet var der flere brædder der var ødelagt som strømper hang fast i og man kunne slå sig på. Der lugtede af urin på badeværelset. Vinduerne var Max 30 cm over gulvhøjde og nemme at kravle op i for et barn, og nemme at åbne. Med et fald fra 5 sal er det langt fra okay. Trods vi kontaktede stedet om dette gjorde de intet. De tilbød at fixe gulvene, mente ikke der var lugt eller farer for vores søn i forhold til at falde ud. De sagde de ville vende tilbage med nye bud på lejligheder. Men gjorde ikke det efter 2 timer Og vil i sidste ende ikke anerkende den dårlige og farlige oplevelse. Ikke et sted der kan anbefales. Desværre. Vi er normalt ikke kritiske men dette er en rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Desværre har vi ikke taget billeder af de dårlige forhold men kan fortælle at de billeder der er får stedet til at se meget bedre og mere hyggeligt ud end det er.

Helt okej lägenhet, ligger väldigt centralt. Ligger på 5e våningen, utan hiss. Oerhört varmt både i trapphus och i lägenheten, även när det inte var supervarmt utomhus. I sovrummet är där ett minimalt fönster. Och det var väldigt smutsigt! Golvet var så smutsigt att det nog inte har blivit avtorkat på väldigt länge, vi fick städa när vi ankom. Värdarna var dock väldigt tillmötesgående. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att komma fler gånger, men då tar jag nog med fläktar och rengöringsmedel 😉

Fint sted

God lokation. Der står at det er til 6 personer, men der er kun 1 rigtig seng, og 2 sofaer, hvor man lige akkurat kan sove 2 på den ene sofa, men på den anden sofa kan der kun sove 1 person. Der er en hems men ville ikke sige man kan sove der. Hems er svær at komme til og det er enormt småt. Der manglede lagen til den ene sofa. Der manglede instruktioner hvordan man får nøgle til lejlighed. Men ellers er lejligheden fin og rigtig god lokation.
