We had a corner room which gave us additional room space. Had everything you needed, including a fridge. The room was also well presented and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options but with the hotel being European, some of the options were not what we were used to.

3* OK for sure not a 4* hotel

Hotel OK, but it's not a 4* hotel. I would rate it as a standard 3*, form room and breakfast point of view. Contact with reception very poor. I was trying to call them to open the garage but nobody was picking up. When i said that I was trying to call them couple of times to let me in the garage (additonal payment) i got answer that they did not have time to answer the call... Well...

Vi var på langweekend. Meget godt fornøyd med størrelse på rommet og badet, ekstra stjerne for garderoben. God seng. Teppet var imidlertid skittent og trenger rens. Savnet at glass og kopper ble byttet samt påfyll av kaffekapsler. Ros for at de byttet håndklær hver dag, det var mer enn forventet. Kunne imidlertid gjerne støvsugd en gang eller to i løpet av oppholdet.

Pokój był ogólnie w porządku, choć zasłony i wykładzina były bardzo brudne. Obsługa recepcji i baru sprawiała wrażenie mało zaangażowanej w kontakt z gośćmi, co trochę obniżyło ogólne wrażenie z pobytu. Na duży plus zasługuje jednak bardzo miła pani pracująca na śniadaniu ( poniedziałek godz.9 ) – była jedyną osobą, która sprawiła, że poczułam się mile widziana. Niestety, pan z baru, który powiedział, że nie ma czasu mnie obsłużyć i poprosił, abym wróciła za 10 minut, zniechęcił mnie do skorzystania z baru – ostatecznie wybrałam się do sklepu.

Frokosten trakk ned

Hotellet ligger ved kjøpesentrene Galeria Baltycka og Metropolia, nært tog, trikk og buss. Selve hotellet er 4-stjerners, som ga brukbar valuta for pengene. Rommet hadde aircondition og kjøleskap, greit med skapplass og gode senger. Vannkoker og kaffe/te til rådighet. Fornøyd med rommet, men frokosten til 70 zloty hoppet vi over. Den var ikke bra nok i forhold til prisen - spesielt varm mat var skuffende. Ellers virket det som et bra hotell.

Siisti hotelli hyvillä kulkuyhteyksillä

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvä kaikin puolin. Saapumiseen käytimme lentokenttäkuljetusta, mutta poistuessa menimme junalla. Juna tosiaan kulkee suoraan kentältä hotellin vieressä olevalle rautaieasemalle. Asemalta pääsee kätevästi Gdyniaan, Sopotiin ja Gdanskiin. Hotellissa myös pieni parkkihalli, jos esim moottoripyörällä liikenteessä (itse en tätä käyttänyt). Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen erittäin hyvä.
