When we arrived at the address listed on Expedia, there was no reception. When opened the app there was an information saying hotel would send check in instructions 24h prior check in time. Never received this. We called the hotel and the member of staff told us they could not send an email with instructions because we did not book directly with them, they tried to give instructions over the phone. We finally arrived at the main hotel which is a 5 minutes walking from the apartments and we checked in. The member of staff was very nice and told us they did not have parking available. The apartment was very clean. We had to go back to main hotel because we saw no bedding or towel for the child in our booking. Back at the hotel reception a different member of staff called Oksana made sure she was very rude telling us that the bedding is inside the sofa bed and this is not like a hotel where things will just be ready. I have no problem making my child’s bed, but I cannot guess that bedding will be inside a small sofa bed. We were told we could use the pool, but not have an access card for it because our stay was in the apartment 5 minutes away so reception had to activate the lift. We then saw that they actually have parking, but not for people who stay on their apartments just in the main hotel. People who stay in the apartments must pay to use towels for the pool, people in the main hotel can use for free. Very distinctive treatment to their guests.
