Never again
One of the most unpleasant stay in my life! So rude and unprofessional staff especially at night shift and I was so upset when the male staff in the front desk rejected my request of the morning call twice. Never again in this hotel. Also not very clean room is minus.

제네바 역에서 가깝고 주변에 식당도 많습니다. 조금 낡은 듯 하지만 방 컨디션도 괜찮은 편이고요

묵었던 스위스 호텔중에 최고네요.. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고 객실은 5성급 호텔만큼 좋았습니다 이그제큐티브룸에 묵었는데 옷장과 옷걸이, 거울, 어메니티 등 모든것이 넉넉하게 구비되어있어서 너무 편안하게 묵었네요 위치는 제네바역과 걸어서 5분도 안되는 거리에 있고 호텔 바로 앞에는 coop 마트도 있어 편리합니다 로비에는 쿠키와 과일 등 다과가 마련되어있어 얘기하며 쉬어가기 좋았습니다 조식은 안먹어봐서 모르겠지만, 다시 제네바에 간다면 다시 방문할 것 같아요

저렴한 가격에 교통이 편한 호텔입니다.
직원들이 친절하고 호텔 객실 상태도 좋습니다. 트램 역이 호텔 바로 앞에 있고 좋습니다. 근데 화장실도 객실만큼 작고 욕조밖으로 물이 많이 튀어서 불편했습니다. 만족스럽게 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

사실 너무편하고 행복하게 잘보냈어요^^가장 좋았던건 침대매트릭스. 깨끗하고 좋아요 호텔. 하나 아쉬움이 있다면 샤워하는게 불편해요^^ 조그만욕조에들어가서 샤워하는데 음...뭔가.. 성인용이 아닌듯한?ㅎㅎ 그이외에는 전반적으로 좋았습니다^^

The room was very comfortable, great beds. It was very quiet. The staff is very nice. Its 6 mins walk from the train station, or 1 bus stop away. If you have too use the gym, be prepared to travel back to the 70s. The gym is only a room with very old machines and some very weird dumbells.

This is a lovely hotel, very close to the railway station. The room was a great size and comfortable. The staff were excellent.

An awful experience. Turns out, there is a difference between an Executive room for three & an Executive Suite, though this is unclear on the hotel's website & also at Expedia. When we arrived, after traveling for more than 24 hours, our room was not ready. (It was after check-in time.). They arranged another room, which turned out to be directly across from construction. After we checked in, we heard hammering & drilling. The room was tiny, with the sofa pushed up directly against the bed. No room to maneuver & the TV didn't work. Expedia was unhelpful & told me to go to the lobby; I did, in my slippers. I explained the situation & was told that I had booked a "basic" executive room, not a suite. I asked if the room we had been given was exactly like the one I had booked, because it did not look so from the pictures. Barely functioning, I asked for an upgrade - given this was a VIP booking. Told I would have to pay 65 CHF/night, I burst into tears, a manager was called, and they agreed to 35 CHF/night. At that point, I would have done anything for some sleep. Breakfast was 30 CHF/day/person, & when stores were closed for Easter, I asked for a water at the bar and was charged 9 CHF. For an allegedly 4-star hotel, service was appalling. Housekeeping did a nice job, and some staff were friendly. But overall, an extremely disappointing stay. We often travel internationally & it's been some time since I've had such a terrible time. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice welcome upon arrival for a seven night stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find chocolate and wine as a special birthday present in my room . My only advice to the hotel is to remove one piece of furniture given the small room size. I’d come back again.

We stayed for 2 nights in a family suite room, which was very spacious. The location of the hotel is great- the tram stops right outside the hotel and gets you to old town in 2 stops. The breakfast was also very good with lots of good options. Highly recommend and would consider staying here again on the next trip.

I wanted to have a coca cola at the bar. After paying for the drink with my debit card, the young girl there gives me a form to fill in providing all my personal details. She says it is for security. I have no idea what this display was supposed to be. What security issue is involved here? I didn't even charge the coke to the room, but rather paid it on the spot which makes it the more weird. This is just disrespect for guests.

We had a junior suite with views of Mont Blanc, had a fridge, dining table & bathrobes. The hotel is close to the train station with tram and bus stop right outside. Travel is free around the city when you have checked in so I wouldn’t pay for train from the airport again. The lake is 5 mins walk away and you can get a free water taxi across the lake to the old town. Staff were very friendly. We paid for breakfast as it was NY but there are lots of places to eat / buy food the area.
