This is a great place and decent location and great to be away from the crowds it’s just a bit of a walk to get into the old town area which is where the best food and drink Places are. Room, bed & pillows were comfortable. I liked having the safe and the mini refrigerator. Also liked having the kettle, tea and coffee. Housekeeping is excellent. Bathroom comes with travel toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, shower cap, shampoo and body wash. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Steps away from restaurants! It’s a food paradise. Also lots of pharmacies nearby. My room was on the second floor and it did not have a good view. My sisters were on the 6th floor and they had a great view. So if you want a room with a better view, ask for a room on a higher floor. There is no laundry service available at the hotel. They provide a reverse osmosis drinking water dispenser at the lobby, which is very appreciated. Front desk is helpful and friendly. My TV was not working and they came to replace it very quickly.

I was genuinely surprised by how clean, comfortable, and friendly Frame Hotel was, especially considering the price. It offers excellent value for money. The surrounding area is full of great food options, and it’s very close to major attractions in the city. Even the room view was better than expected. Since I just needed a place to sleep as a solo traveler, I didn’t want a luxury hotel—and this place exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied.
