Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a selection of ice cream flavors to help beat the heat a thoughtful touch that immediately showcased the hotel’s attention to detail. The complimentary minibar was a lovely surprise, and we really appreciated how clearly the additional amenities available upon request were listed. another great detail. Check in was nice and smooth and they actually give our ice cream, as you wait for that one minute of checking in. which is a Very good idea as the weather is hot outside. The concierge was great too, soon as our cab arrives they come and help with our luggage then delivered to our room. That was a great help. Room was nice and clear give a feeling of welcome. The fridge in the room have a sticker telling one that the drinks is on the house, lot of hotel don't have that. If one needs to choose a hotel in Penang this is one of the hotel I strongly recommend.
