The pool is our best feature being 26,000 sq ft in size, featuring a kids play area with the three slides and other play equipment, which are a huge hit with the kids. There is a sandy area to serve as a simulation of the beach and there are also plenty of nooks and crannies for adults to find some rest and relaxation away from the little rockers. Hello Joo, Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns in regards to your stay with us. I am sorry to read that there aspects of your stay that left you disappointed. The hotel always aims to ensure that every guest has a rocking experience and are always saddened to know that someone has left underwhelmed. The hotel has strict entry requirements for pool attire and for small children must use swimming diapers. In addition, we do sell a range of swimwear in our hotel Rock Shop which is considered suitable for Muslim guests who don't want to wear traditional bathing costumes. We also have swimming attire for rent. The Recreation Manager has reminded the lifeguards to be more alert and advise the guest to wear proper attire whenever utilizing the pool facility. In regards to using the bathroom by the Towel Counter, all of our mens public toilets have both urinals and also cubicles to suit your personal preferences. Disappointed to hear you found the cleaning service not up to scratch. My apologies for this, and I have personally followed up with the Housekeeping Manager in regards to this unacceptable standard. The hotel has a comprehensive pest control system to manage all ants and other pests around the hotel compound. I am sorry that you found ants in your room and we will get the contractor to come in to do further preventive work. Once again, I apologize that our services left you feeling underwhelmed and upset. Hi Beongsu. Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am sorry to read that there aspects of your stay that left you disappointed. The hotel indeed is located at the end of Batu Ferringhi. However, having to be located at the end also allow the hotel to offer a little more privacy to guests who wished to be away from the public and the crowd. Georgetown is a mere 30 minutes ride from the hotel. Grab is a ride-hiring app that's free for download. Grab to Georgetown from the hotel ranges from RM 12 – RM25 depending on the distance. Besides Grab, you can also use the buses that frequent Batu Ferringhi (Route 101 & 102). There’s bound to be one every 10-15minutes and the bus stop is directly outside our hotel. The free shuttle bus provided by the hotel does not bring you to the city but will bring you to the night market.
