“First room had no ac. Second room smelled horribly of cat pee. Third room was close to decent. Pool was closed the whole stay. The whole place is run down.”

“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“All the different pools and restaurant on site was a huge reason we pick this specific place. The staff was great and the room was decently clean. The room floor was a little dirty but to be expected at a busy hotel.”

“The laundry Room still unclear their machine pay it. There's nothing to them unpaid and the data doesn't work on it. They made me unhappy about that.
The entrance door. Cause I can't hear their intercom anything's unopened door yet. It was self automatic their data voice things. Because I am deaf. I just urge to them at the Ocean Park Resort need to change more improvements their facilities this future.”
