"For the price and location which is quite central, it is a great find. But staff not really well trained yet in terms of customer service. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathoom. There is a water fountain on every floor which is a bonus. Didn't try their breakfast so cannot comment. Housekeeping partially made up the bed. Bathroom wasn't entirely cleaned and tidied. It has a lot going for it because of the decor and ambience and price but it lacks service standards which is a bit disappointing. "

"I had a pleasant stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure. The hotel was clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, the breakfast options were good, and the location is walkable and easily accessible."

"I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help"

It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again! "
