โGreat hotel beside the Phoenixsee. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and is included in the price. Good transport links to Dortmund and other surrounding areas. Special mention should go to the staff who were wonderful. Courteous, helpful, efficient and always with a smile. โ
โThe room was tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable. The Hotel was conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly. But the service was not so good. We asked for a toilet paper but we didnโt get one.โ

โNet wat wij willen van een hotel , BASIC en alles aanwezig, geen tralala maar toch zeer milieubewust en modern . Interparking onder het hotel aan spotprijs . Locatie pal in het centrum en door die parking zeer makkelijk te bereiken . โ
โEs war echt super, Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. LAGE IST perfekt, ca. 8 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Frรผhstรผck hatte alles was man brauchte, und man konnte sich auch zwischendurch was holen.โ
