I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "We had a wonderful stay at Rhein Hotel. Everyone there is very friendly, and our room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We used the hotel while interrailer and loved the proximity to the train station, lovely walks and the river. Would highly recommend."
