“My wife and I stayed at Melaya Estate for 3 nights in September 2025. The villa is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool and direct beach access. It's a quiet area, very peaceful. The staff is excellent. You tell them what you want from their menu and they bring the food to your villa at the specified time. The food is excellent. We are birders and the manager arranged for a driver to take us to the Bali Barat National Park, about 20 minutes away. We highly recommend these...

“개인적으로는 발리 숙소 중 전망이 가장 좋았습니다. 넓은 주택을 여유있게 쓸 수 있는 것도 좋고, 마을 가운데 언덕 위에 있어서 풍경을 즐기기에도 아주 좋습니다. 식당, 액티비티 모두 만족이라 다음에 가면 길게 묵고 싶네요. 그리고 고양이들이 있는데 아주 귀엽습니다. ”

“I had a week of very quiet restful vacation. I wanted sun, warm ocean water to dip on and cold beer. Got this basic. There was a pool table to while away some time. And I got to do some surf fishing as well. So all fine with me. The property is quite remote - around 2 hours from Denpasar airport. You get quiet but no party. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. Food choice from the kitchen is adequate. Overall a good value for your money.”

“ The guy who ran it was very nice and it wasn’t too far from a couple stores and a couple restaurants. It was just at night. There were some locals who bothered me, but it was OK because I’m an American and I understand.”

“Heel vriendelijk personeel! Prachtige locatie, het uitzicht vanop je platform is niet altijd zoals op de foto’s. De plastic is ook een beetje verkleurd dus dit weerhoudt het uitzicht ook wat. Houdt er rekening mee dat er in de jungle natuurlijk veel insecten zijn, deze kunnen ook op je kamer zitten omdat de planken vrij open zijn en de deur is niet helemaal tot op de grond. Leuke ervaring!”

“The property is just as described... four cozy A-Frames (5th being built), owned and operated by a very lovely family. Highlights: The gardens and home cooking are every bit as good as all the other reviews attest! We also enjoyed the jungle trek. Challenges: It's hard to criticize a place when the cost is so low. But worth noting a couple of points; A/ this place is very remote! Best if you have your own transportation (bike). Grab is about 200k to the Munduk waterfall trek each...
